Learn about OUR ONLINE MARKET

  • As a member of our Online Market you will have a 'virtual' stall page on our website. This will include links to your shop, some of your favourite products and even a mini video (if you'd like!)

Our Online Market stall fee is £8.

  • As an Online Market seller, you need to have a website that we can send people to shop with you (this can be a marketplace like Etsy).

The same as our in-person markets, as The Christian Christmas Fair, you are required to have some presence of Christian themed products.

  • It's totally up to you how much you engage on the day! Your "virtual" stall and our Gift Guides with your products will be set up in advance. But there will be plenty of opportunities to connect on the day on socials.

We'll also be running a raffle in aid of The Trussell Trust, which you have the optional opportunity to donate a product to.

Lovely words from our past sellers

faqs

  • Nope! We are open to applications from Christians of all denominations and non-Christians alike ☺️ As The Christian Christmas Fair, our only criteria is that you have some presence of Christian-themed products for sale.

  • We do ask that there is some presence of Christian-themed products. This can be included in your products themselves or in your packaging. We’ve had a lovely Jam & Preserves seller sell with us who included a little “taste and see that the Lord is good” label to her products to fit the criteria. Think outside the box, and if you’re stuck, drop us a message!

  • Items do not need to be 100% handmade, we encourage independent makers and design-led small businesses. We don’t accept MLM sellers.

  • No! We are super excited to be collaborating with Cheerfully Given to bring our pop-up fairs to life, but being a Cheerfully Given seller is not a criteria for applying.

  • Yes, all sellers that attend any of our pop-up fairs are required to have up-to-date public liability insurance.

  • Applications are open! You can find the Application Form here.

  • We aim to process applications as soon as any deadlines have closed, you will be notified of the outcome via email. If you haven’t received an email please check your spam folders.

  • You will receive an email with all the details, you will need to pay your stall fee to confirm your place. You will have access to our password-protected sellers’s area hosted on this website with more information, marketing materials and links to our Sellers-only Facebook group.

  • There are many reasons why an application might be unsuccessful, all applications will be reviewed as a board of hosts. We hate turning down applications, but we will have space limitations, and need to make sure we have a good variation of sellers. It’s not fair to shoppers or sellers to have a fair full of jewellers!

  • 2023 is the first year that we have plans for pop-up fairs throughout the UK. You are welcome to apply for any fair regardless of your geographical location, but obviously we understand that’s not always practical! If you are not near a current fair location, have you thought of hosting yourself? Our hosts have lots of support and perks, you can find out more here.

We have plans for continued growth for 2024 and beyond, alongside plans to re-introduce an online market day too.
